Research Progress on the Synthesis and Application of Poly(3-alkylthiophenes)
Conventional chemical synthesis, electrochemical polymerization, and newly developed microwaveassisted synthesis were reviewed. The applications of poly(3-alkylthiophenes) in photovoltaic, electrochromic, thermoelectric materials and other fields were also summarized.
