Abstract
Step thermoregulation was raised that insitu polymerization deposition of aniline/ophenylenediamine (AnoPD) copolymer film on the surface of glass substrate, high temperature prepolymerization (hot water bath), low temperature polymerization (ice water bath). It can reduce the polymerization time, avoid the phenomenon of violent polymerization, improve the polymerization efficiency and prepare high quality hydrochloric aciddoped AnoPD copolymer film of excellent morphology and thickness uniformity. Applying this method, AnoPD copolymer films can be available with thickness of 120 nm, conductivity of 9.16 ×10-2 S/cm, electrochromic properties of copolymer films are different from the homopolymerization PAn films.
