Abstract
Polyaniline(PANI) was synthesized by chemical oxidative polymerization. The electric conductivity of polyaniline was tested by four-point probe technique and current-voltage method.Based on conductive mechanism of electron-electron hole and classic expression of current density, the mathematical model for effective conductivity of PANI was established, which was described as a function of current density, voltage and temperature.Graphic analysis of the model showed that the analysis of current-voltage law was in good agreement with the experimental data of PANI.According to the analysis of relationship between temperature and current density, the variation between the electric conductivity and temperature was in consistent with experimental phenomena. Results indicated that organic semiconductors PANI was mainly dominated by coupled noise current, the current intensity trended to first increase and subsequently decreased along with the increasing of voltage (temperature), and PANI had good electric conductivity at low temperature.
