    Preparation and Property of PZT/P(VDF-TrFE) Film by Electrospinning

    • Using piezoelectric ceramic transducer (PZT) and poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) (P(VDF-TrFE)) as material, PZT/P(VDF-TrFE) film was prepared by electrospinning. The morphology, electrical property and mechanical property of the film with different mass fraction of PZT were characterized by scanning electron microscope, precision impedance analyzer and tensile testing machine. Results indicated that improving the mass fraction of PZT appropriately could improve the uniformity of the fiber in the film effectively, and the fiber had the best uniformity when the mass fraction of PZT was 4%. The method of electrospinning could obtain PZT/P(VDF-TrFE) film with low dielectric constant, and adjusting the mass fraction of PZT could ensure the dielectric constant of the film varied in certain range. Furthermore, the addition of PZT could adjust tensile strength and elongation at break of the PZT/P(VDF-TrFE) film. When the mass fraction of PZT was 4%, the film had best synthesis mechanical property, which could meet the requirements of the wearable devices.
