    再生丝素蛋白干纺纤维的后处理体系及方法

    PostTreatment Agent and Method of DrySpun Fibers from Regenerated Silk Fibroin Solution

    • 摘要: 模仿蚕的干法纺丝工艺,制备了再生丝素蛋白纤维,并通过后处理进一步提高了其力学性能。结果表明:与无机盐水溶液后处理体系相比,醇的水溶液可显著促使蛋白构象从无规卷曲及αhelix转变为βsheet。同时通过拉伸诱导βsheet构象取向,干纺纤维的力学强度可大幅提高。在φ=80%的乙醇水溶液中,将初生丝拉伸2倍后再浸泡1 h,其断裂强度可达200 MPa,断裂伸长率可达48%。

       

      Abstract: By mimicking the dryspinning process of silkworm, regenerated silk fibroin (RSF) fiber was dryspun and then posttreated to improve its mechanical properties. Compared to inorganic salt solution, the alcoholwater systems can obviously induce the conformation of the fiber from random coil and αhelix to βsheet. Meanwhile, a drawing induced orientation of βsheet can result in a drastic improvement of the fiber tenacity. The breaking strength and the elongation at break of the fiber are improved up to 200 MPa and 48%, respectively, when the fiber is drawn 2 times in ethanol aqueous solution (φ=80%), and then is immersed in the solution for 1 h.
