    近晶型聚硅氧烷侧链液晶的合成与表征

    Synthesis and Characterization of Smectic SideChain Liquid Crystalline Polysiloxanes

    • 摘要: 以烯丙基溴、对羟基苯甲酸、对氰基苯酚为主要原料合成了液晶基元对-烯丙氧基苯甲酸对羟基苯氰酯,通过硅氢化加成反应将其接枝到聚甲基氢硅氧烷主链上,合成了一种新型的聚硅氧烷侧链液晶。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、氢核磁共振仪(1H-NMR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热台偏光显微镜(POM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对产物进行结构表征和液晶行为分析。硅氢加成反应近于完全,证实了液晶基元和液晶聚合物液晶性的存在;液晶聚合物的介晶区间为101.45 °C,大于液晶基元的介晶区间(78.3 °C),且在升

       

      Abstract: A liquid crystalline monomer,p-allyloxy benzoic acid p-hydroxy phenyl cyanogen ester,was synthesized using allyl bromide, p-hydroxybenzoic acid and p-cyano phenol as main material. New smectic sidechain liquid crystalline polysiloxanes were synthesized by addition polymerizations between liquid crystalline monomer and polysiloxanes. Liquid crystal monomer and liquid crystal polymer were characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR analysis. Liquid crystal behaviors of liquid crystal monomer and liquid crystal polymer were analyzed by DSC、POM and XRD. The hydrosilylation reaction reduced completely shows the mesogenic monomer and polymer are all interconverted to liquid crystalline. The fanshaped texture is formed due to smectic as heating up and cool down.
