摘要: 探讨了在高单体浓度丙烯酸钾下制备自交联型超强吸水剂的可行性,通过加料方式及配方的改进,使反相悬浮聚合得稳定进行,并得到了性能优于低单体浓度下制得的吸水剂。其吸水(去离子水)倍数达到1200-1400g/g吸0.9%生理盐于120-150g/g。Abstract: superabsorbent was prepared at a monomer concentration as high as 65% to 80%, based on the amount of both potassium acrylate and free acrylic acid.
