摘要: 采用分散聚合法制备了单分散三聚氰胺甲醛(MF)微球,考察了反应物摩尔比、pH值、分散剂、温度及反应时间等因素对生成MF微球粒径及其分布的影响,并对MF微球在盐酸中的溶解性进行了研究。实验结果表明:当MF交联度较低时,可以溶解于pH<1.7的盐酸,因此可用作逐层自组装制备空腔微球的模板。Abstract: Monodispersed melamine-formaldehyde (MF) microspheres were prepared by dispersion polymerization.
