摘要: 利用Ag+-Na+离子交换法形成了Ag+离子基底,在此基础上镀上PDMA/PMMA膜并在Y型波导分支上进行局部紫外聚合,从而制成了较理想的通道波导。测定了PDMA/PMMA的线性折射率及Ag+离子基底的折射率,实现了较理想的复合波导传输。Abstract: In this paper, the Ag + substrate was formed by Ag +-Na + exchange method.
