All Optical Channel Waveguide in PDMA/PMMA Composite

摘要: 利用Ａｇ＋－Ｎａ＋离子交换法形成了Ａｇ＋离子基底，在此基础上镀上ＰＤＭＡ／ＰＭＭＡ膜并在Ｙ型波导分支上进行局部紫外聚合，从而制成了较理想的通道波导。测定了ＰＤＭＡ／ＰＭＭＡ的线性折射率及Ａｇ＋离子基底的折射率，实现了较理想的复合波导传输。
