    杂萘联苯共聚醚砜的非均相磺化

    Heterogeneous Sulfonation of Copoly(phthalazinone ether sulfone)

    • 摘要: 以杂萘联苯共聚醚砜(PPHES)为原料,氯仿为溶剂,浓硫酸为磺化试剂,采用非均相磺化法对PPHES进行了磺化改性,得到了一系列不同磺化度的磺化杂萘联苯共聚醚砜(SPPHES)。考察了浓硫酸浓度、磺化反应温度和时间等工艺条件对产物磺化度的影响。利用FT-IR、1H-NMR对SPPHES进行了表征。结果表明,磺酸基已成功引入到聚合物的主链中。TGA对SPPHES的热稳定性分析表明,SPPHES的分解温度高于280 °C。

       

      Abstract: Sulfonated copoly(phthalazinone ether sulfone) (SPPHES) were prepared via heterogeneous sulfonation method with chloroform as the solvent and sulfuric acid as the sulfonation reagent. Effects of sulfuric acid concentration, reaction temperature, and reaction time on the sulfonation degree of SPPHES were investigated. The structures of SPPHES were characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. Results showed that sulfuric acid groups were introduced into copolymer chain successfully. The thermal stability of SPPHES was evaluated by thermogravimetric analysis. The decomposition temperature of SPPHES was above 280 °C.
