    有机磷阻燃改性水性聚氨酯

    Waterborne Polyurethane Modified with Organic Phosphorus of Flame Retardant

    • 摘要: 以聚醚(N210)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为基本单体,[(双(2羟乙基)氨基)甲基]磷酸二乙酯(FRC6)、一缩二乙二醇(EX)为扩链剂,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂, 3(2氨乙基)氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(KH602)为后扩链剂,合成了一系列有机磷(P)阻燃改性的水性聚氨酯乳液。研究表明:随着FRC6用量的增加,聚氨酯(PU)的起始热分解温度降低,但热释放速率也降低,而PU的阻燃性能得到很大的提高。当FRC6中P的含量占预聚体的质量分数为2.31%时,其氧指数为28%,垂直燃烧测试显示PU的阻燃性能已达到UL94V2级。

       

      Abstract: A series of waterborne polyurethane(WPU) emulsions, which were modified with organic phosphorus (P) of flame retardant, were synthesized by changing the amount of FRC6. Polyether 210 (N210), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), [(bis (2hydroxyethyl) amino) methyl] diethyl (FRC6) and diethylene glycol (EX), dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA), and 3(2aminoethyl) aminopropyl methyl dimethoxy silane (KH602) were used as the basic monomer,chain extender, hydrophilic chain extender and a kind of chain extenders which was added after emulsifing, respectively. The results showed that both thermal decomposition temperature and heat release rate of polyurethane(PU) were reduced,while the flame retardant of PU was improved greatly with the increase of FRC6. The oxygen index was 28% and vertical burn test indicated that the flame retardancy of polyurethane had reached UL94V2, when the P content within FRC6 was 2.31% in the prepolymer.
