    高效吸热PET的制备

    Preparation of High Heat Absorption Polyethylene Terephthalate

    • 摘要: 通过将改性的纳米高吸热剂炭黑(CB)添加到对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)中进行原位聚合反应,得到PET-CB纳米复合材料。采用差热扫描量热法(DSC)、热重分析法(TGA)、热态偏光显微镜(POM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱等测试手段对PET-CB纳米复合材料的结构和性能进行了分析和表征。结果表明:纳米材料在复合材料中分散良好;复合材料比纯PET的分解温度提高了1.08 °C;PET-CB纳米高吸热材料的吸热性能良好,能有效节约能源。

       

      Abstract: The modified nanohigh heat absorption agent carbon black(CB) was added to the polyethylene terephthalate(PET) and the PET-CB nanocomposite material was prepared through in situ polymerization. The structure and performance of PETCB nanocomposite material were analyzed and characterized through differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), thermal weight analysis (TGA), polarization microscope (POM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), infrared spectrometer, etc. Results show that nanohigh heat absorption agent carbon black disperses well in PET. The decomposition temperature of PET-CB nanohigh heatabsorbing composite material is 1.08 °C higher than that of pure PET. The heat absorbing performance of PET-CB nanocomposite material is good, which can save energy effectively.
