Abstract:
The modified nanohigh heat absorption agent carbon black(CB) was added to the polyethylene terephthalate(PET) and the PET-CB nanocomposite material was prepared through in situ polymerization. The structure and performance of PETCB nanocomposite material were analyzed and characterized through differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), thermal weight analysis (TGA), polarization microscope (POM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), infrared spectrometer, etc. Results show that nanohigh heat absorption agent carbon black disperses well in PET. The decomposition temperature of PET-CB nanohigh heatabsorbing composite material is 1.08 °C higher than that of pure PET. The heat absorbing performance of PET-CB nanocomposite material is good, which can save energy effectively.
