    pH敏感超支化聚合物的合成与表征

    Synthesis and Characterization of Biodegradable and pH-Sensitive Hyperbranched Polymer

    • 摘要: 均苯四甲酸酐、乳酸和L-谷氨酸在SnCl2·2H2O催化下一步合成了pH敏感的超支化聚(乳酸谷氨酸)共聚物(PGLA)。核磁共振谱分析结果显示:PGLA 分子链由聚乳酸和支化的聚谷氨酸单元组成,未出现戊二酰亚胺环状结构片段,所得共聚物具有良好的pH敏感性,可溶于pH≥7.4的碱性水溶液,pH=9时,在水中所形成的胶粒体积最大。

       

      Abstract: Poly(lactic acid-co-glutamic acid) (PGLA), a biodegradable and pHsensitive hyperbranched polymer, was synthesized by heating L-glutamic acid (Glu), D,L-lactic acid and pyromellitic dianhydride with the present of stannous chloride.1H-NMR spectrum results show that the unique branched architecture comprising of the PLA and branched polyglutamic acid unit, without glutarimide unit. Copolymer has good pH sensitivity and is soluble in aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide (pH≥7.4). The volume of colloidal particles forming in aqueous solution is maximum at about pH=9.
