    壳聚糖/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的结构与性能研究

    Structure and Properties of Chitosan/Montmorillonite Hybrid Nanocomposite

    • 摘要: 以壳聚糖和蒙脱土为原料,将插层复合技术引入天然高分子材料进行改性,制备了壳聚糖/蒙脱土纳米复合材料.红外光谱和X射线衍射分析结果表明,壳聚糖分子已插入蒙脱土层间,形成了插层甚至部分剥离的结构.热重分析、扫描电镜和物理性能测试表明,蒙脱土的引入,大幅度地降低了壳聚糖的热分解速率,明显地提高了壳聚糖的热稳定性和力学性能,有效地抑制了壳聚糖的溶胀.
