    两性离子聚合物在防污、膜分离、药物递送及能源领域的应用

    Applications of Zwitterionic Polymers in Antifouling, Membrane Separation, Drug Delivery, and Energy

    • 摘要: 两性离子聚合物在其分子链上含有等量的阳离子与阴离子基团,整体呈电中性。该独特的化学结构赋予两性离子聚合物一系列优异的特性,包括强水合能力、反聚电解质效应、良好的生物相容性以及较高的离子电导率等。得益于这些特性,两性离子聚合物在防污、膜分离、药物递送和能源等诸多领域获得了广泛关注与快速发展。本综述首先依据化学结构对两性离子聚合物进行了分类阐述;随后系统总结并探讨了其在不同领域中具有前景的新兴应用;最后总结了当前研究中存在的关键挑战,并对未来潜在的发展方向予以展望,旨在为未来的研究工作提供有益参考与指导。

       

      Abstract: Zwitterionic polymers contain equal numbers of cationic and anionic groups along their molecular chains and are overall electrically neutral. This unique chemical architecture endows them with a series of remarkable properties, including strong hydration capacity, anti-polyelectrolyte behavior, favorable biocompatibility, and high ionic conductivity. Benefiting from these advantageous characteristics, zwitterionic polymers have garnered widespread attention and undergone rapid development in diverse fields such as antifouling, membrane separation, drug delivery, and energy. In this review, zwitterionic polymers are first classified and described according to their chemical structures, followed by a systematic summary and discussion of their promising emerging applications in various fields. Finally, the key challenges remaining in current research are summarized, and an outlook on potential future directions is provided, aiming to offer valuable reference and guidance for subsequent investigations.
