    ZnCl2水合熔盐溶剂的开发及其对甲壳素的溶解

    Development of ZnCl2 Hydrated Molten Salt Solvent and Their Dissolution of Chitin

    • 摘要: 设计合成了一种绿色的氯化锌(ZnCl2)水合熔盐溶剂用于甲壳素的溶解及功能材料的制备。通过对比甲壳素原料和再生甲壳素的结构变化,表明以ZnCl2·5H2O为溶剂,能够在50 ℃下实现甲壳素的快速溶解,甲壳素的溶解度最大可达4%(甲壳素与溶剂的质量比)。在此基础上,利用该溶剂成功实现了从甲壳素原料到甲壳素凝胶材料的一步法制备。该甲壳素水凝胶的柔韧性、导电性和抗冻性良好,在可穿戴智能传感器的应用中展现出优异的肢体运动和面部表情检测性能,在柔性可穿戴电子设备领域具有广阔的应用前景。

       

      Abstract: Chitin, as a natural polymer, was considered to be an ideal functional biomaterial because of its good biocompatibility, abundant storage, and green sustainability. However, the dissolution problems caused by the strong intermolecular and intramolecular hydrogen bonds seriously hindered the development of chitin-based functional materials. A green and feasible ZnCl2 hydrated molten salt solvent was designed and developed to address the dissolution problem and prepare the chitin-based hydrogels. The results indicated that the zinc chloride molten salt solvent (ZnCl2·5H2O ) was characterized by excellent dissolution properties with a high level of solubility (4% mass ratio of chitin to solvent) within 6.0 h at 50 ℃. More importantly, the chitin-based hydrogel could be simply prepared by ethanol regeneration to form functional chitin hydrogels. Meanwhile, based on the existing metal ions, the chitin hydrogel demonstrated good flexibility, ionic conductivity, and freezing resistance, which would show potential apply in flexible wearable devices.
