    聚六氢化三嗪交联聚酰亚胺/石墨烯形状记忆复合材料

    Polyhexahydrotriazine Crosslinked Polyimide/Graphene Shape Memory Composite

    • 摘要: 以高分散性的氧化石墨烯(GO)作为增强相,通过溶剂挥发、高温环化的方法制备了聚六氢化三嗪交联聚酰亚胺/石墨烯(PI-PHT)形状记忆复合材料。利用核磁、红外光谱、热重分析等对材料的结构和热稳定性进行表征,通过万能试验机对复合材料的力学性能进行测试,通过动态热机械分析仪对热机械性能、形状记忆性能、形状回复力等进行分析。结果表明:引入石墨烯后,复合材料的强度、韧性、热机械性能以及形状记忆性能明显提升,其中当GO的质量分数为5%时,复合材料的拉伸强度和韧性分别达到105.7 MPa和12.4 MJ/m3(相比未添加GO的PI-PHT分别提高了1.3倍和2倍),并且其形状固定率、回复率和回复应力分别达到了97.2%、92.6%和9.46 MPa。

       

      Abstract: Shape memory polymers (SMPs) are a class of smart materials that have the ability of transform shape in response to external stimuli, such as heat, light, electricity and magnetic. To design suitable macromolecules and crosslinking mode of polyimide to obtain shape memory polymer with high transition temperature, high strength for application of aerospace, high temperature and other harsh environment is very important. Herein, using well-dispersed graphene oxide (GO) as the reinforced phase, polyhexahydrotriazine crosslinked polyimide/graphene shape memory composite (PI-PHT) was prepared by solvent volatilization and high temperature cyclization. The structure of the materials was characterized by nuclear magnetism and infrared spectrum demonstrating the successful preparation of composites. The mechanical properties tested by universal testing machine showed that after introduction of graphene, the strength, toughness, thermo-mechanical properties and shape memory properties of the composite were significantly improved. When the mass fraction ofGO was 5%, the tensile strength and toughness of PI-PHT reached 105.7 MPa and 12.4 MJ/m3, respectively (1.3 times and 2 times higher than that of PI-PHT without adding GO, respectively) duo to the strong interaction between the well-dispersed grapheme and polyimide. The shape memory properties and shape recovery force were detected by dynamic thermo-mechanical analyzer. The results showed that the shape fixation rate, recovery rate and recovery stress of PI-PHT-5% reached 97.2%, 92.6% and 9.46 MPa, respectively.
