    MAA-HEMA-APEG共聚物的合成及其涂层性能

    Synthesis of MAA-HEMA-APEG Copolymer and Properties of the Coating

    • 摘要: 首先采用自由基溶液聚合法,合成了甲基丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯-烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(MAA-HEMA-APEG)无规共聚物,然后以缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)为交联剂,使共聚物与其进行交联反应得到防雾涂层。通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)对共聚物结构和热性能进行了表征,对防雾涂层的接触角、耐水性能、透光率和防雾性能进行了评价。结果表明,当n(MAA):n(HEMA):n(APEG)=2:8:0.1且KH560的质量分数为5% 时,涂层具有优异的亲水性和耐水溶胀性,且材料的透光率几乎不会受到影响。

       

      Abstract: The random copolymers based on methacrylate-hydroxyethyl methacrylate-poly(glycol) (MAA-HEMA-APEG) were synthesized by free radical solution polymerization.Then,using methoxysilane ether(KH560) as crosslinking agent,the anti-fog coatings were obtained by subsequent crosslinking reaction of the copolymers.The structures and thermal behaviors of the copolymers were characterized by means of Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy,Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (1H-NMR) spectrum and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC).The contact angle,water resistance,light transmittance and anti-fog performance of the coatings were also evaluated.Results show that when the n(MAA):n(HEMA):n(APEG)=2:8:0.1 and the mass fraction of KH560 is 5%,the coating has excellent hydrophilicity and water swelling resistance.Moreover,the light transmittance of the material is hardly affected.
