    壳聚糖稀土配合物的制备和抑菌性能及与牛血清白蛋白的相互作用

    • 摘要: 合成了水溶性壳聚糖和稀土离子La3+、Nd3+的配合物,利用FT-IR和UV-Vis对配合物进行了表征, 研究了壳聚糖及其配合物对大肠杆菌(E.coli)、金黄色葡萄球菌(St.aureus)和黑曲霉(A.niger)的抑制活性以及与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用。结果表明:配合物对E.coli、St.aureus和A.niger的抑菌性能比单一的水溶性壳聚糖显著提高,且可有规律地猝灭BSA的内源荧光。

       

      Abstract: Water-soluble complexes of chitosanrare earth with La3+、Nd3+ were synthesized and characterized by FT-IR and UV-Vis spectra. The antibacterial activities and interaction with BSA of chitosan and chitosanrare earth complexes against E.coli, St.aureus and A.niger were investigated. Results show that the antibacterial activities of chitosan-rare earth complex obviously enhance comparing to the watersoluble chitosan,and regularly quench the inherent fluorescence of BSA.
