Abstract:
Maleic anhydride grafted liquid isoprene rubber (LIR-
g-MAH) is synthesized by maleic anhydride (MAH) and solution of liquid isoprene rubber (LIR) after polymerization reaction of LIR with lithium catalyst. The test method of grafting ratio of LIR-
g-MAH was studied with chemical titration method. Results showed that the optimal determination conditions for grafting ratio of LIR-
g-MAH are as follows: the direct titration method has higher accuracy and better repeatability, sample dosage is 1.0~2.0 g, hydrolysis reagent is ethanol, the concentration of standard KOH-ethanol solution is 0.08~0.12 mol/L.
