    Test Method of Grafting Ratio of Maleic Anhydride Grafted Liquid Isoprene Rubber

    • 摘要: 在锂系液体橡胶(LIR)聚合反应后期加入马来酸酐(MAH)进行接枝反应,制备了马来酸酐接枝液体异戊橡胶(LIR-g-MAH)。采用化学滴定法对比研究了LIR-g-MAH接枝率的测试方法。结果表明,直接滴定法准确度高、重复性好,且当样品用量为1.0~2.0 g,水解试剂为乙醇,滴定碱标准溶液浓度为0.08~0.12 mol/L时,测试条件最优。

       

      Abstract: Maleic anhydride grafted liquid isoprene rubber (LIR-g-MAH) is synthesized by maleic anhydride (MAH) and solution of liquid isoprene rubber (LIR) after polymerization reaction of LIR with lithium catalyst. The test method of grafting ratio of LIR-g-MAH was studied with chemical titration method. Results showed that the optimal determination conditions for grafting ratio of LIR-g-MAH are as follows: the direct titration method has higher accuracy and better repeatability, sample dosage is 1.0~2.0 g, hydrolysis reagent is ethanol, the concentration of standard KOH-ethanol solution is 0.08~0.12 mol/L.
