Abstract:
Polysiloxane with pendent carbazole and its derivative was designed and synthesized. The structure and properties were determined by 1H-NMR, elemental analysis, UV-Vis absorption, fluorenscence spectra, thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA), and cyclic voltammetry method. Results show that this compound has excellent photoluminescent property and thermal stability, the maximum emission wavelength of the organic compound is 408 nm, and decomposition temperature is 242 ℃. The highest occupied molecular orbital and lowest unoccupied molecular orbital energy levels are 4.70 eV and 1.16 eV, respectively.
