    ATRP和点击化学结合法制备PDMAAm-PDMS-PDMAAm嵌段聚合物

    Synthesis of Block Copolymers PDMAAm-PDMS-PDMAAm via ATRP and Click Chemistry

    • 摘要: 采用原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)法制得了端基分别为烯丙基和溴原子的聚二甲基丙烯酰胺(PDMAAm),经叠氮基亲核取代后与端炔基聚二甲基硅氧烷进行点击反应,得到两亲三嵌段聚合物。利用1H-NMR、FT-IR、GPC等测试方法对聚合物的结构进行了表征。结果表明:采用ATRP法合成的PDMAAm均聚物分子量分布较窄,通过点击化学法将热力学不相容的亲水性PDMAAm链段及疏水性聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)链段制备PDMAAm-PDMS-PDMAAm嵌段聚合物,是一种高效易行的方法。

       

      Abstract: Allyl terminated poly(dimethylacrylamide) were synthesized via atom transfer radical polymeri zation, which was modified to be azide terminated poly(dimethylacrylamide) and reacted with alkyne terminated poly(dimethyl siloxanes) to get tri-block copolymers via click chemistry. The chemical structures were characterized by 1H-NMR, FT-IR and GPC. Results showed that the PDMAAm homopolymer was synthesized with controlled molecular weight and low polydispersities, the click chemistry was an efficient and easy method to combine the thermodynamically incompatible hydrophilic PDMAAm segments and hydrophobic PDMS segments into block polymer combination PDMAAm-PDMS-PDMAAm.
