    Preparation of Transparent High Refractive Index Epoxy-ZrO2 Nanocomposites

    • 摘要: 采用原位溶剂热法制备了透明高折光率的环氧-二氧化锆(Epoxy-ZrO2)纳米复合材料。通过红外光谱、X射线衍射和电镜证实ZrO2粒子成功地在环氧基体中原位合成并以纳米尺度均匀分散。研究表明:Epoxy-ZrO2纳米复合材料在可见光区域呈现了良好的透明性,且在633 nm处的折光率显著提高,由纯环氧的1.51提升到1.73。

       

      Abstract: Transparent high refractive index epoxy-ZrO2 nanocomposites were prepared by in-situ solvothermal method. FT-IR spectra, X-ray diffraction characterization and electron microscope images displayed that nanoscale zirconia particles were successfully synthesized and homogeneously dispersed into the epoxy matrix.Besides,the optical properties of the nanocomposites were researched. Results showed that the nanocomposites had excellent transparence and the refractive index of the nanocomposites was significantly enhanced and could be up to 1.73 at 633 nm in comparison with 1.51 of pure epoxy.
