Abstract:
Polypyrrole(PPy) was synthesized using CTAB, DBSA, SDS as soft template and (NH4)2S2O8 as oxidant at 0 ℃. By changing the type and dosage of the surfactants, the influence of the surfactants on PPy was studied. The procucts were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM), infrared spectra(FT-IR), X-ray diffraction(XRD). The electrical conductivities were measured by fourprobe technique. Results showed that the composite existed cooperated interaction between surfactant and PPy. Adding surfactants can adjust the conjugating structure of PPy molecular. The PPy spherical structure was fabricated in DBSAPPy and SDSPPy system. The PPy nanorods was fabricated in CTABPPy system. When n (PPy)∶n (CTAB) was 5, its conductivity was best.
