Abstract:
Phase change and temperature adjustment fiber was prepared by electrospinning. Acetone and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) were chosen as mixed solvent, the solid-solid phase change material prepared by own laboratory was used as starting material,and the cellulose diacetate (CDA) was used as matrix. The effect of electrospinning factors including the solvent composition, the spinning voltage and the concentration of spinning solution on the morphology of the fiber were studied. Results showed that when the volume ratio of DMF to acetone was 1/4, the mass fraction of spinning solution was 22%, the voltage was 16 kV and the receiving range was 16 cm, the average diameter of prepared fiber was 830 nm,and the phase change enthalpy can reach to 30.396 J/g. The fiber showed good phase change and temperature adjustment property.
