    Preparation and Properties of Finished Cotton by Artemsia Argyi Oil Microcapsules

    • 摘要: 采用2D树脂作交联剂,以明胶阿拉伯胶艾叶油微胶囊对棉织物进行功能整理。研究了树脂用量、催化剂用量对整理织物折痕回复角、甲醛释放量和缓释性能的影响。结果表明:经优化工艺整理的棉织物,甲醛释放含量低于75 mg/kg,15次洗涤后对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率仍在80%以上,耐水洗抑菌性能长效持久。

       

      Abstract: 2D resin was utilized as the crosslinking agent to cotton fabric for function finishing by gelatinarabic gum microcapsules containing aremshia argyi oil. Effects of content of 2D resin and catalyst on the crease recovery angle, and formaldehyde releasing were investigated. Results show that after finished by the optimized conditions, the concentration of released formaldehyde from the cotton is lower than 75 mg/kg, and more than 80% antibacterial property can also be obtained even after 15 washings. It shows longlasting durable and washable antibacterial property.
