    膜乳化溶剂挥发法制备表面羧基功能化苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物微球

    Fabrication of Carboxylic Groups Functionalized Poly(styrene-co-maleic anhydride) Microspheres via Membrane EmulsificationSolvent Evaporation Method

    • 摘要: 以苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(PSMA)为原料,利用膜乳化溶剂挥发法,成功制备了表面光滑、尺寸均一的表面羧基功能化聚合物微球。研究表明:将膜乳化法和溶剂挥发法相结合,可以有效提高微球粒径的均一性,乳化剂种类及浓度、连续相流速、分散相中聚合物浓度等参数对微球粒径及粒径分布有显著影响。此外,利用盐酸使微球酸酐基团水解,可以得到表面羧基官能化的共聚物微球,随着水解时间的延长,微球表面羧基含量增加,并于24 h后基本趋于饱和,且水解对微球的形貌影响不大。

       

      Abstract: Poly(styrene-co-maleic anhydride) (PSMA) microspheres with smooth surface and narrow size distribution were successfully prepared by membrane emulsificationsolvent evaporation method. The influence factor on the size and size distribution of the prepared microspheres was investigated. Carboxylic groups on the surface of the microspheres were obtained by hydrolyzing the PSMA microspheres in HCl solution. The density of the carboxyl groups on the surface of microspheres was calculated by titration of carboxylic groups. It was found that with the hydrolytic time extending, the concentration of the carboxylic groups on the microbeads surfaces gradually increased and finally reached saturation after 24 h.
