Abstract:
By coupling action of 3-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane (MPS), polymethylacrylic acid (PMAA) was grafted onto the surface of silica particles. Using novel molecular surface imprinted technique, the molecular imprinted polymer MIP-PMAA/SiO2 was obtained using bilirubin as the template molecular and ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether (EGDE) as the crosslinking agent. Both static and dynamic binding properties of MIP-PMAA/SiO2 for bilirubin were studied. Results show that MIP-PMAA/SiO2 exhibits excellent binding affinity and specific selective recognition to bilirubin. At the same time, this material exhibits excellent desorption performance, and the desorption ratios of bilirubin reach 99.5%.
