Abstract:
Amphiphilic polymer was prepared using dimethylamino ethylmethacrylate(DMA), 2-hydroxy ethylacrylate(HEA), 2 -ethylhexyl acrylate (EHA) and styrene (St) as raw materials. A novel kind of molecular imprinted polymer micelles (MIPMs) were prepared based on the self assembly of amphiphilic copolymer and ascorbic acid in selective solvent. The prepared MIPMs were characterized by Dynamic Laser Scattering (DLS) and Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM). A robust MIPMs film was formed in situ on the surface of gold electrode by electrodeposition. Then subsequent photo crosslinking lead to the fabrication of MIP sensor after eluting ascorbic acid. Cyclic Voltammetry (CV) and Differential Pulse Stripping Voltammetry (DPSV) results indicated that this MIP sensor had wide detection range of 0.1—8.0 mmol/L for detection of ascorbic acid.
