    抗坏血酸分子印迹聚合物胶束及其电化学传感器的制备

    • 摘要: 以二甲胺乙基甲基丙烯酸酯(DMA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、丙烯酸二异辛酯(EHA)和苯乙烯(St)为原料合成双亲性无规聚合物P(DMA-co-HEA-co- EHA-co-St),将其与抗坏血酸在选择性溶剂中进行自组装,制得分子印迹聚合物胶束(MIPMs)。利用动态激光光散射(DLS)和透射电镜(TEM)进行表征。将MIPMs电沉积在金电极表面,用紫外光交联后洗脱除去抗坏血酸得到分子印迹电化学传感器。经循环伏安法(CV)及差分脉冲溶出伏安法(DPSV)研究表明,该传感器对抗坏血酸浓度在0.1~8.0 mmol/L具有良好的线性响应。

       

      Abstract: Amphiphilic polymer was prepared using dimethylamino ethylmethacrylate(DMA), 2-hydroxy ethylacrylate(HEA), 2 -ethylhexyl acrylate (EHA) and styrene (St) as raw materials. A novel kind of molecular imprinted polymer micelles (MIPMs) were prepared based on the self assembly of amphiphilic copolymer and ascorbic acid in selective solvent. The prepared MIPMs were characterized by Dynamic Laser Scattering (DLS) and Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM). A robust MIPMs film was formed in situ on the surface of gold electrode by electrodeposition. Then subsequent photo crosslinking lead to the fabrication of MIP sensor after eluting ascorbic acid. Cyclic Voltammetry (CV) and Differential Pulse Stripping Voltammetry (DPSV) results indicated that this MIP sensor had wide detection range of 0.1—8.0 mmol/L for detection of ascorbic acid.
