    • 摘要: 以壳聚糖为原料,研究了合成壳聚糖硫酸酯的条件及其分子量对抑菌效果的影响。结果表明:改变反应温度可制备不同分子量的壳聚糖硫酸酯,并且其对金黄葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌有不同的抑菌效果。
