    苯甲酸(苯并三唑基)苯酯类紫外光稳定剂的合成及表征

    Synthesis and Characterization of Phenyl4(2Hbenzotriazol2yl)

    • 摘要: 以邻硝基苯胺和间苯二酚为原料,经重氮化偶合、环化、酯化合成了6个新型苯甲酸(苯并三唑基)苯酯类化合物:3羟基4苯并三唑基4′硝基苯甲酸苯酯(58.6%)、3羟基4苯并三唑基2′硝基苯甲酸苯酯(60.7%)、3羟基4苯并三唑基3′硝基苯甲酸苯酯(55.7%)、3羟基4苯并三唑基3′,5′二硝基苯甲酸苯酯(62.1%)、3羟基4苯并三唑基2′羟基苯甲酸苯酯(48.6%)和3羟基4苯并三唑基2′羟基3′,5′二硝基苯甲酸苯酯(52.2%)。通过1HNMR、FTIR和MS确定了这些化合物的分子结构,紫外光谱测试表明它们均具有较好的紫外吸收性能。

       

      Abstract: Six new compounds were synthesized from onitroaniline and resorcinol by reactions of diazotization and diazo coupling,cyclization and easterification. The total yield of all steps are 4(2Hbenzotriazol2yl)3hydroxyphenyl4nitronbenzoate(58.6%), 4(2Hbenzotriazol2yl)3hydroxyphenyl2nitronbenzoate(60.7%), 4(2Hbenzotriazol2yl)3hydroxyphenyl3nitronbenzoate(55.7%), 4(2Hbenzotriazol2yl)3hydroxyphenyl3,5dinitronbenzoate(62.1%), 4(2Hbenzotriazol2yl)3hydroxyphenyl2hydroxybenzoate (48.6%), 4(2Hbenzotriazol2yl)3hydroxyphenyl3,5dinitron2hydroxybenzoate (52.2%). The structures were identified by 1HNMR, FTIR and MS. The UVspectra show excellent UV absorption.
