    • 摘要: 固定化酶作为一种生物催化剂,它能在较为温和的反应条件下,高选择性,高效率地催化某些化学反应,并且不会对环境造成污染,本文对适用于酶包埋的高分子载体材料的制备,优缺点以及制备载体材料的优化方法做了较为详细的叙述,最后对这些高分子载体材料的发展前景进行了预测。
