Abstract:
A series of amorphous poly(aryl ether nitrile ketone) copolymer with different percentages of cyano were synthesized by nucleophilic polycondensation from phenolphthalein, 2,6′-dichlorobenzonitrile and 4,4′-difluorobenzophenone. The structure and properties of copolymer were characterized by FT- IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, DSC, TGA etc. With the increasing of cyano concentration in copolymer structure, the glass transition temperature and adhesion strength to the tin plate increased gradually. Results show that the copolymer has good solubility in organic solvents, which results in good ability of film forming. The coating layer has excellent overall performance.
