    纳米银/丙烯酸树脂水性墨水的制备

    Preparation of Nano-Silver/Acrylic Resin Aqueous Ink

    • 摘要: 以电子加速器为辐射源、草酸银为银源,通过辐射还原法制备了清洁的纳米银粉,并将此纳米银产物不经分离提纯直接与丙烯酸树脂复合制备了水性墨水。作为对比,采用典型的化学还原法制备相同粒径的纳米银,经多次分离提纯后再与丙烯酸树脂复合制备水性墨水。采用场发射扫描电镜(SEM)与热重分析仪(TG)表征银粉的形貌及清洁性,并用万用表测试墨水涂层的导电性。结果表明,相比于化学法,辐射还原法制备的纳米银可直接与丙烯酸树脂复合得到水性墨水,该墨水具有良好的分散稳定性,固化后导电性优良,与基体有较强的附着力。

       

      Abstract: The nano-silver powders were synthesized through radiation reduction method using electron beam as the radiation source and silver oxalate as the silver source. Then, the synthesized silver powders and acrylic resins were directly mixed together to prepare aqueous ink. In comparison, nano-silver powders with the same particle size range were synthesized through normal chemical reduction process, then mixed together with acrylic resin to form the aqueous ink. The silver powders were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Thermogravimetric (TG) analysis. The electrical conductivity of casted ink film was also investigated using a multi-meter. Results show that aqueous ink can be made through mixing nano-silver powders synthesized by radiation reduction method with the acrylic resins. The ink shows good dispersion stability. After solidification, it has excellent conductivity and good adhesion with the substrate.
