Abstract:
Chloropropanol molecularly imprinted micelles were prepared in a selective solvent, using amphiphilic random polymer and chloropropanol as assembly elements, and electrodeposited on the surface of a gold electrode to obtain the molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor. The influences of different assembly environments (the amount of lactic acid, salt concentration, chloropropanol concentration) on their morphologies were measured by Zeta potential and nanometer particle size analyzer and transmission electron microscope. Results showed that the amount of lactic acid, salt concentration and chloropropanol concentration had a great effect on the assembly behavior of the imprinted micelles. The electrochemical sensor had a good linear response to chloropropanol concentration in the range of 10
-10-10
-4 mmol/L.
